The StripDegenerator Phenonemon

Rotated text is wonky, frames are still broken, some random speech bubble set materialized in my library, and now moderators straight up can't delete strips made by other moderators. I'm getting deja vu.. at least we're on HTML5 so we can persist in this buggy state for all eternity!.. hopefully. [UPDATE: I got an HTTP Error 500 while trying to publish this strip. Maybe the end's closer than we think..]
