@el_cheviche fights aren't as simple as "oh well he's strong enough to do X". The element of surprise is a big deal, and sometimes a fight can go either way. Plus, Julian's powers are based off emotion; not just anger but righteous fury. He was just regular mad when the thugs attacked him, more surprised than anything , and restrained
