Here's a fun fact I discovered by accident: if you hit ctrl C while an object is selected, you can copy it and paste it with ctrl V. If you happen to be in the habit of constructing things before realizing you're outside the frame, you can copy and paste it inside the frame without having to save it to your library. You can even copy frames and put them inside frames (though you still can't open the copied frame).
