Transcript 2: It was a lovely service Tom. It’s a pity Spork didn’t hear it. Is he still brooding in his quarters because I said his ears were phoney? Yeah, he’s all stretched out in that funny-looking bed of his that looks just like a coffin. Crazy Spork and his crazy bed. Oh Captain, the Peninggui ambassador is still in the meat freezer. The chef wants to know if you’ve changed your mind about adding him to the menu. Of course not, that would be… wait a minute: if he’s still in the freezer, then who did we… Yeoman, where did you get the coffin we just shot into space? I just grabbed the first one I saw, why? Transcript 1: Captain’s log: star date four and twenty blackbirds baked in a pie - the murderer has been weeded out and turned over to Peninggui authorities. The Peninggui have stopped hitting us with fish; diplomatic relations have been reestablished and everyone’s happy - well, except the murderer, but he’ll get over it; he’s a jolly sort… The Peninggui have beamed in to join us for one final farewell to a dear friend… Dearly beloved, we are gathered here to commit our fallen comrade to the great beyond. A wise man once said that the best way to honor those who have passed on before us is to find a way to remember them… So, pictures with the corpse? Anyone? No? Alright Scratchy, flush ‘im!
