Traditionally, the plural form of ninja should simply be ninja. The Japanese don't use the letter S to pluralize words. In fact, they don't use the letter S for much of anything - mostly just Superman cartoons.

Yeah, it's like with Lego, it's always called Lego (I prefer legos). Or in my native language, pencil is always called 'llapis', but some people like to make it plural saying 'llàpissos' which sounds bizarre even to us
