I believe that the bigfoot actually managed to domesticate the wild hoison.

Why do you suppose there’s such a thing as hoisin sauce but nothing called a hoisin to put it on?
Well, I imagine that hoisin (same inflection whether singular or plural) were over hunted and never successfully domesticated.
Fortunately, though the hoisin itself is extinct, the sauce designed to compliment it still goes well with many modern entrees.
Like turkey?
I thought we agreed we weren’t going to go there today.
