I know an egg doesn’t hatch unless it’s fertilized. This isn’t a cartoon you know. Honestly Captain Turk, I can’t see that it’s any of your business. If you’re keeping company with a member of my crew, it most certainly is my business! There are regulations about that sort of thing. I need to know who he is so I can reprimand him - and get all the juicy details. What?! Nothing, you weren’t supposed to hear that part. Well you don’t need to worry about it because the father isn’t a member of this crew. Oh, well, now we’re getting somewhere: a visiting dignitary. So much for dignity.
