Definitely the main concept of it came from the old SG city we used to use, but this is it's own place it's own lore, this is it's own thing.

The skeleton armor is heavily inspired by the coalition from rifts because I just think that edgy look is awesome

The skeletal guard wasn't his first tip-off that it might not be Utopia? Though I have to agree with Bony there, it seems unwise to let strangers in brandishing firearms. And foreign shampoos could breed with indigenous shampoos creating uncontrollable hybrids.
