Sisyphus goes postal

This page comes directly after one I made YEARS AGO at this point. I'm only now getting to ideas that I thought up in like 2022, cause I've taken SO LONG working on issue 4. I realize that yet another non-military police villain seems like just another setback/sidequest, but I promise this character does relate to the story as a dark reflection of the main cast.

The suicide nets on the side of the building is the kind of thing I would make up as an exaggeration of the world, it's very in-line with my whole style, but it's a real thing, there are factories with nets so the workers cant kill themselves by jumping off the side of the building.
