Transcript: Today commemorates the ratification of the Declaration of Independence by the Second Continental Congress. Ratification? So what does that mean, like they rubbed it down with rats? That’s not only counterintuitive, it's unsanitary! No wonder they keep it under glass; who wants to touch that?
