Guilty By Association

I haven't really gone into detail about the exact policies and actions of the CCMP. That's probably one of the things I'll get into when I go back and add onto issue 1. Either way, I think it's kind of well known that true counter-culture; that is the 'undesirables' and deviants of a society, tend to brush up against criminal groups of all suits. If you're lucky it's some militant resistance group that at least thinks what they're doing is right, but you think there were no gay bars back when bars themselves were illegal? The dregs of society stick together, and when you make someone's existence illegal, they will find themselves in league with actual criminals.
