I hope you don't mind me "retconning" your design El_Ceviche. I just felt like a chicken based on the Joker ought to have an inordinately long beak. Plus I wanted to evoke a little Cesar Romero; he's class act all the way. I'd have given him bushy eyebrows and a mustache but that would have been a little awkward.
