Halloway has been sketchy since he was first introduced, goats are a symbol for Capricorn, and of course the fact I showed a 'mysterious MP' with springy orange limbs just like him. Also yeah, if anyone noticed, Julian's been wearing one of Halloway's bracelets for a while now, and the explanation really is that he joined Julian and Jade, and Julian put it on when they where redressing.
