Julian finally connects with his heart/ realization of purpose.

To snuff out the wicked, to bring peace and protect the meek, Judgement seeks to bring justice to the world! (while he has still not truly mastered his heart, the moment when one realizes themselves, they operate for a moment at peak performance. I sure hope Julian doesn't end up...ripping Naga's head off or something.

hmm, I fucked up. Julian is supposed to be mute without his mask after the devil's hand took his voice. I guess I could say "when the devil's hand was destroyed it's effects ended" to at least make this make sense.
