Why exactly is it that vampires don’t cast reflections? If they’re solid, opaque masses, they should show up in mirrors whether they’re dead, alive or something in between.
Could it be that vampires aren’t there at all and the evil deeds ascribed to them are merely the manifestations of the wrongs we do to ourselves?
