a bit of context. In Italy August 15 ("Ferragosto") is the unofficial peak of holidays: until some times ago, virtually all shops were closed.
Some days ago, a movement started which posted receipts where restaurants added costs for "cutting a panini in two parts" or "adding a second dish for dividing a portion of pasta".
