well, there is no plain "cazzola", so the super- sounds like a big something but it isn't

There must be some equivalent to that in english. All I can think of offhand is royal nonesuch, which isn't really the same and isn't super at all.

I don't know how to translate "supercazzola". It comes from an Italian cult film ("Amici miei"), and it is used for something blatantly false but which seems profound.
